The Five Star Hotel is located in Colaba, Mumbai. The Konkan and Trottoria Restaurants are quite popular for the sea food varieties and Italian foods being served respectively. The existing restaurant had to be completely demolished and renovated due to many problems being encountered in terms of less height, old interiors, inadequate ventilation and kitchen exhaust, no pleasant indoor temperature etc., The renovation works were really a difficult task in the less height mezzanine area and also to create fantastic height in the kitchen and restaurant area and ultimate result was too good that today Konkan and Trottoria has hit the News Magazines for its new class interior design, services, stunning look and feel etc., and has received many awards too.
