This is a mixed occupancy Project Comprising Raudat Tehera , the Roza complex, Saifee Masjid, Rehab Residenital Tower, Retail Tower, Dawat Hotel Tower. This is located in a very crowded area and its highly challenging in terms of Architecture, MEP services Design and also Structural design as its essential to take care of the Heritage structures. This is the first cluster in Bhendi Bazaar redevelopment project and its most Prestigious among all clusters. Special Note:Raudat Tahera is the mausoleum of Syedna Taher Saifuddin and his son and successor Dr. Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin, the 51st and 52nd Dāʿī al-Mutlaqs of the Dawoodi Bohra Ismaili Muslims. Syedna Taher Saifuddin led the Dawoodi Bohra community from 27 January 1915 to his death on 12 November 1965.
