Mr Mukund S Apte,

Chief Executive Officer. (33+ Years of Experience)

He holds B.Sc. Tech in Textile Chemistry from Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) formerly known as University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT) and also Hold Master of Marketing Management (MMM) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS). He has been with CCE from 2016. He comes with rich experience of industrial design, execution, management , financial management, project management, core Technology expertise etc., back ground. He has successfully executed and handed over more than 200+ projects to his credit till now and these projects spread both in India and around the world. Its worth to say that this includes few Mega Food parks and Textile parks too. He served many industries like Textile, Food Processing, Engineering, Warehousing, Buildings and Infrastructure projects etc., He takes care of Operations, Management, Execution, Business Development, Strategy development, Financial Modelling and many more to add to his acumen.

He holds Bachelor Degree in Architecture from the Sir JJ College of Architecture in the year 1972. He is also a Long Standing Member from Council of Architecture and is a registered architect with valid License. His great experience stretches from all major types of Industrial Projects like Textile, Engineering, Automobile, Food Processing, to Commercial, Residential , Five Star hotels, Master Planning of Industrial Hubs, Processing zones etc., to name a few. In the past he has been associated with many well known and India’s premier design consulting firms such as Gherzi Eastern etc., He has been associated with CCE as Chief Architect from 2016. He has great level of calibre to design the projects independently and provide the impressive solution and highly energetic in all levels of his work. He has been very kind and great asset to CCE and needless to say that he is a well wisher and advisor when much needed.

Mr Anil K Choksey

Dr Fadnis

MTech Structure and Phd (Structure).

He has 40+ years of experience in Structural design and implementation. Dr Fadnis is an associate Structural consultant, well wisher, advisor and Senior most and industry pioneer in Structural Design engineering. He has been associate with CCE since 2016. He has designed more than 1000+ projects in his career and he has a great acumen for the structural design works. He has been a great asset for the structural department in CCE ever since he has been associated with CCE.
He holds BTech Electronics Engg from Mumbai University in 2000. He has been associated with CCE since 2015. He has vast experience in Design, Execution, Project management etc., Low Voltage services , Electrical and takes care of group of projects with a Team of Engineers. He has designed and executed projects of various types viz., Residential, Hotel, Hospitals , commercial building, IT office, Infrastructure Projects etc., He also got hands of experience on Financial and Cost Management of projects and cost control.

He Holds BTech Mechanical Engg from Shivaji University, Maharastra. He has a strong Mechanical Design background with HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting and coordination with electrical and LV services. He has been involved in design and execution of more than 50+ projects ranging from all types of Buildings, Residential, commercial, Bungalows, IT parks, Hospitals, Hotel, Industrial Projects, Large Infra Projects etc., His past experience includes working with India’s premiere firms like Tata Consulting Engineers, Shapoorji & Pallonji. He has good expertise in Financial and costing part of the project as an add on feature. He also coordinates all MEP and Utility services of buildings and industries.

He is a Mechanical Engineer by Profession and he has done Engineering from V.J.T.I. College of Engineering, Mumbai. He has been associated with CCE since 2016. He has designed and executed several projects varying from commercial buildings, Residential, IT building, Hotels, Infrastructure projects, Bungalows, Institutions, High rise Buildings, Govt buildings. He also takes care of MEP co-ordination and execution of the projects with necessary management. In the past, he worked with several design consulting firms in India.

Mr Santosh Mallick

 He holds MTech ( POWER SYSTEM SPECIALISATION) ,VJTI MUMBAI. “He has been with CCE since 2017.” He has a great passion for electrical Design and Execution. He has designed more than 60+ projects of various categories of industrial projects, Textile, Ware house, Process Plants and buildings. He has been with CCE for more than Four years. He has high level of expertise in Energy Analysis and instrumentation and Measurement and working out the Master distribution of electricals for all kinds of Industrial and process plants. He served many premiere firms like ABB, Gherzi Eastern, Sitson India co-generation Firm, BUREAU VERITAS INDIA PVT LTD etc.,

He holds M.TECH in Electrical Power Engineering, JNTU, Hyderabad. He has deep interest in the hard core electrical Technology and power systems and he served as a Professor -Electrical in C B Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh. He has been associated with CCE since 2014. He has designed and executed and implemented successfully many types of projects viz., Residential, High Rise Towers, IT Buildings, Commercial , Institution, Hospitals, Hotels etc.,

Mr. Rajini Kumar

Mr. Dipesh Patel

He Holds BTech in Mech Engg. From GEC patan, Gujrat. He has been associated with CCE since 2015. He has good hands on Experience in Design and execution of HVAC, plumbing, Fire fighting etc., and does MEP co-ordination with team of engineers. He has been involved in all kinds of projects ranging from Hotels, Hospitals, infrastructure projects, Institution Campus, commercial and IT projects, Residential, High rise buildings etc.,
He is a Civil Engineer by Profession and he has 42 Years of Experience in handling and executing construction projects in various segments of industry. He is an expertise also covers Quantity surveying, As built, Civil Structure execution management, site meetings , problem solving in construction activities and site co-ordination and clarifications. Costing etc., He has completed successfully more than 100+ projects and has been associated with CCE since 2017.

He holds Bachelor Degree in Textile and Process Engg from DKTE. He also Holds MBA . And has been with since 2018. He has worked on several projects of industrial categories in the past including ware housing, textile projects like spinning, weaving, processing, garmenting, engineering projects and other infrastructure projects like Textile parks, food parks. He also takes care of feasibility studies, market surveys, financial management, project management and cost control with execution and maintain customer relationship management part. He has successfully completed more than 50+ projects and has been associated with CCE since 2017.
