Establishment of CCE as a simple MEP consulting firm. CCE has been appointed as MEP consultant by B. Safal group (Ahmedabad) for providing MEP design services for Ahmedabad’s first high rise building project (Parijat Eclat) with about 1,000,000 SFT BUA and handed over successfully. Subsequently 2nd high rise building (Safal Seventy) design has been awarded to CCE in 2014.

CCE has been appointed by M/s. Architect Hafeez Contractor for BITS Pilani Hyderabad Phase-2 project with about 1,000,000 SFT and 200 acres. The project is handed over in the year 2019 end.

CCE has established as very well known and market renowned MEP consulting engineering firm in India and has been involved in design of more than 40 projects till date

⦁ CCE ventured into industrial sector as turnkey industrial design consultancy and solution provider with its own and dedicated team of Architects, Structural engineers, Civil Engineers and Process experts.

⦁ End of this year CCE has been appointed by DB Schenker as Turnkey Design consultant for the New State of the Art Top of the Class Warehouse in Bhiwandi.

⦁ CCE started taking projects designing along with project management and execution for industrial projects

⦁ Astha Creation an off shoot venture of Pradip Overseas Gujarat, appointed CCE for turnkey project design and Project Management Consulting (PMC) for their new facility for manufacturing wider width sheeting with a plant capacity of 80,000 meters per day and CCE has successfully completed it within 11 months along with project management and started manufacturing of Bed Sheets in full swing. CCE has been recognised as most preferred turnkey design consultant by one of the prestigious group “Technocraft Industries India Limited” for their all existing and upcoming projects all over India. CCE has completed their Knitting project at Murbad for 56 Knitting machine. Yarn Dyeing project at Murbad with a capacity of 8 Tons/day fibre dyeing and yarn dyeing. CCE has also taken up other miscellaneous project with group for fire fighting, storm water drains, sewage treatment, machine foundation for their yarn division. Based on the performance Technocraft Industries has also provided projects for their drum closure division and steel tube division at Murbad. They have also awarded their Spinning unit at Amravati for Turnkey designing consultancy. CCE has been engaged and delivering all projects successfully.

L & T constructions appointed CCE as their prime detail consultant for preparing the design as MEP consulting firm for two projects of NM Joshi Marg Mumbai with 4# High Rise Buildings 250m+ and Naigaon Mumbai projects with 4# 225m+ tall buildings of total area of about 7,000,000 SFT of BUA. With design time period of 45 days from the concept to detailed tender drawings and BOQ and handed over successfully within stipulated time space and L & T subsequently bagged the Mhada project too. CCE has been recognised as one of the top and best MEP consulting Organisation in India for providing MEP services for buildings and Industries and specialised in High rise and Ultra tall buildings MEP services design consultancy Achieved the status of turnkey design consulting firm for Industrial projects providing architecture, structural design with all process utilities design. CCE has been appointed as Prime Principal MEP consultant for new capital city of Andhra Pradesh’s Amaravati projects for both assembly project and high court project 15 to 18 Lacs SFT of construction.

In Sep 2018 CCE Opened its First Branch Office in Baner, Pune. CCE Pune Branch is providing services to clients like CCBA, KEM Hospitals, Forbes Marshal, Clover Realty, College of Engg Pune , Symbiosis University to name a few etc.,

CCE has been associated with Hidustan Unilever Limited at Dumduma for their paste manufacturing expansion project and completed on time. CCE has been appointed by Sulzer Pumps India Ltd – a pump manufacturing firm as their “Project Management Consultant” for their World class high pressure pump testing facility and it is world’s 2nd pump testing facility in Ambernath. The project is nearing hand over by 2020 Aug. CCE has competed a Spinning unit of 30,000 Spindles with all imported machines from Switzerland for Technocraft Industries at Amravati and plant is now fully operational. CCE has been nominated as “Top 10 most promising engineering consultants -2019” by consultant review magazine.

CCE has successfully handed over 20+ industrial project with all in-house design of architecture, structure and utilities design on turnkey basis and production is on in full swing in all projects. CCE has successfully completed its Largest project as Integrated plant for wider width bed sheet manufacturing for one of the prestigious client “ Mohan Spintex India Limited”. It covers 83 acres of land and consists of spinning, weaving, processing, made ups, training centre, Labour colony for 3000 workers, staff colony, canteen and showroom with complete Zero discharge facility for effluent. CCE has also started offering services for Techno-economic Feasibility Study , Techono-economic Viability Study, Modernisation plans, Valuation of units for well known recognised companies like Tessitura Monti India Pvt Ltd at Kolhapur, Eurotex Industries and Exports Ltd at Kolhapur, Sona Processors and recently competed the evaluation of 5 Mills under the umbrella of Uttar Pradesh Cotton Spinning Mill Federation within a stipulated time frame of 3 weeks.
